SAMYANG CRAVE LAB: Buldak Takes the Stage at THAIFEX-ANUGA 2026
Samyang Foods is bringing its full brand portfolio to THAIFEX-ANUGA 2026, Asia's largest food trade fair, from Tuesday, May 26 through Saturday, May 30, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Now in its 21st edition, THAIFEX-ANUGA is co-organized by Thailand's Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) and the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC). In 2025, the fair drew 3,231 exhibitors from 57 countries and welcomed approximately 88,000 visitors from 143 countries,cementing its status as the region's premier food industry showcase.
This year, Samyang is debuting its 'SAMYANG CRAVE LAB' concept — an experiential booth designed to bring three of the company's signature brands to life, side by side.

The CRAVE LAB is built around three independent Brand LABs — one each for Buldak, MEP, and Tangle — allowing visitors to move freely between zones while experiencing each brand's distinct concept, flavor profile, and product story.
Throughout the day, the booth runs rotating tasting sessions featuring Samyang's flagship Original Buldak Ramen, Carbo Buldak Ramen, and Cheese Buldak Ramen, along with the newly launched Swicy Buldak, locally tuned MEP and Tangle products, and canapés crafted with Buldak Sauce.
MEP's lineup includes regionally tailored entries such as Spicy Chicken Coriander Ramen and Grilled Garlic Shrimp Ramen — a signal of Samyang's ongoing commitment to building a localized portfolio for the region.
