Buldak Dumpling Original Nutrition

How to Cook

PAN FRY (RECOMMENDED)
  1. Spray cooking oil on to non-stick pan, and heat for 1 minute.
  2. Place dumplings into the pan. Heat for 7 minutes until all sides are crispy brown.
AIR FRY
  1. Preheat air fryer to 356°F (180°C).
  2. Place 6 dumpling pieces and spray some cooking oil in the air fryer basket. Set time to 10 minutes 30 seconds total.
MICROWAVE
  1. Place 6 dumplings on a microwave-safe dish lined with a wet paper towel.
  2. Cover with another wet paper towel and heat on high for 4 minutes 30 seconds (1,000W) or 5 minutes (700W).
STEAM
  1. Pour enough water into a steamer and boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the dumplings inside.
  3. Steam for 6 minutes.
BOIL
  1. Pour enough water or broth into a pot and boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the dumplings to boiling water.
  3. Boil on medium heat for 6 minutes.
